Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders:
- Cancellations are allowed within 2 days from the date of placing the order. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted.

COD Orders:
- Cancellations for COD orders are also allowed within 2 days of placing the order.
- Orders will not be dispatched without prior confirmation through a call or SMS, reducing the chance of cancellations after dispatch.
Return Policy
Returns are NOT allowed unless:
- The product delivered is wrong or does not match the order details.
- The product is damaged during transit (must be reported with evidence).
In such cases, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or chat, and we will review the issue promptly.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for orders under the following conditions:

- Customers initiating an exchange will be charged a ₹100 shipping fee for the replacement product.

- Exchanges will not be approved for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing tags.
Additional Notes
- In cases of valid return scenarios (wrong/damaged product), The Matrize will bear the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
- Exchanges may be canceled if the requested replacement product is unavailable. In such cases, customers can choose a different item or receive a refund if applicable.
- Orders with no valid issues and meeting all guidelines are considered final.
